Power up your people with Best Employers 2023

Ever wondered what your employees really think? Want to make sure you’re getting the best from them, and giving the same back? The answer is Best Employers Eastern Region.

Best Employers Eastern Region 2023_Canva

Based around an employee engagement survey, Best Employers helps organisations in Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk develop forward-thinking and inclusive workplaces. Workplaces where people can flourish and thrive. Workplaces that drive productivity and economic growth across the eastern region.

It’s also a not-for-profit programme. So in 2023, we're donating any funds we raise to the East Anglian Air Ambulance, a charity that exists to save lives by delivering highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics by air or car to seriously ill or injured people in the region. They are a life-saving charity that is only kept airborne thanks to incredible supporters.

More than just a survey

Best Employers is the go-to programme when it comes to understanding the employee experience. And the survey is just the beginning. Becoming part of Best Employers gives you access to a community of forward-thinking organisations that believe success can only be achieved through their people. One that empowers leaders to transform their workplace cultures and environments into something really special.

You don’t just have to take our word for it – previous participants are using Best Employers to evolve their workplaces and HR strategies in positive and inspiring ways.

‘We first took part in Best Employers in 2018, and we’ve used the results to shape our whole HR strategy.'
Alex Triplow, Head of HR at the Holkham Estate

‘The Best Employer survey allowed us to formulate our overall wellbeing strategy based on the feedback received from the team, rather than one-off, anecdotal comments. And the benchmarking data enabled us to put those results into context.'
Ian White, Managing Director at Becketts Investment Management Group
