In 2012 we teamed by with psychometrics experts eras to create Best Employers. Why? The eastern region has such a rich and diverse business community. Best Employers showcases this extraordinary region and the great work that goes on to create thriving workplaces.
We wanted to identify and support the organisations in our region going the extra mile for their people. We also wanted to help them make the most of the positive impact happy and engaged employees have on productivity.
Best Employers is our way of going beyond just recruitment. It’s about giving back and being socially responsible. It also helps us:
- build stronger relationships with our clients
- encourage organisations in our region to create high-performing workplaces that people want to join
- raise money for good causes – so far we’ve donated over £40,000 to local charities.
